The role also manages engagements, develops client relationships, and mentors junior team members.

What you'll do

• Lead multiple healthcare and life sciences engagements
• manage engagement scope, staffing, budgets, work in progress, billing, and collections
• conduct financial due diligence and quality-of-earnings, working-capital, net-debt, and cash-flow analyses
• review healthcare contracts
• support negotiations
• prepare diligence reports
• develop proposals and pitches
• build client and investor relationships
• coach junior staff and contribute to training and firm-building.
