What you'll do

• Make 40–60+ cold calls per day
• conduct personalized email and LinkedIn outreach
• identify and target real estate brokers, teams, developers, and builders
• manage prospect lists

• lead discovery conversations
• schedule qualified walkthroughs and discovery calls
• maintain CRM records and performance metrics
• report on pipeline health
