Full-Stack Java and React Developer

The Full-Stack Java and React Developer role is hybrid, with three days per week onsite in Andover, MA or Tucson, AZ. Pay is $64–$75 per hour. The role supports mission-critical web applications in a structured, security-conscious environment. The developer builds and modernizes applications across backend services, APIs, relational data, and responsive interfaces. The work contributes to reliable, secure delivery by translating requirements into maintainable components, collaborating across technical teams, and supporting testing, deployment, and legacy modernization.

What you'll do

• Design, build, test, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• develop RESTful APIs and secure integrations
• translate system and user requirements into application components and data flows
• collaborate with UX, systems, database, cybersecurity, and development partners
• participate in reviews, testing, defect resolution, and CI/CD deployment
• troubleshoot and improve reliability, security, performance, and maintainability
• support legacy modernization
• document technical work and follow security and compliance standards.
