What you'll do

• Lead the technical and drafting department
• set priorities and drawing quality standards
• coordinate design-assist and shop drawings through approval
• develop 2D and 3D concepts to address constructability
• review architectural plans for conflicts
• collaborate with Project Managers and Estimators on scope, takeoffs, and feasibility
• maintain 3D models
• mentor drafting staff.
