What you'll do

• Monitor Child Care Assistance records against internal and external standards
• identify action steps and report corrections or completion needs to supervisors or staff
• use the approved monitoring tool to track and trend error types and individual error rates
• collaborate on best practices to reduce errors and provide staff guidance
• provide monthly monitoring data to the manager.
