Job overview
The Team Lead for Disability Services is an onsite role based in Fairview, PA. This position supports the rehabilitation services team at NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family. The role exists to provide leadership and supervision to staff while delivering direct services to individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries. The Team Lead ensures that shift objectives are met and that staff provide high-quality care in accordance with individual treatment plans.
