Industrial Painter — First Shift

Job overview

The Industrial Painter role is onsite in Merrill, WI. Pay is up to $25 per hour, based on experience and skill level. The work supports Tradesmen International projects and emphasizes safety, productivity, and craftsmanship. This painter prepares surfaces, applies coatings, checks coverage and finish quality, and handles painted materials and equipment to help complete project work safely and to specification.

What you'll do

• Prepare parts by cleaning, wiping down, and inspecting surfaces
• select and apply appropriate paint coatings
• verify coverage and mil thickness
• perform touch-ups and quality checks
• move, mark, palletize, stack, and organize materials
• maintain and inspect painting equipment
• keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
