The Bucket Operator role is onsite in Enfield, NC. Pay is $20 per hour. The position supports Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services in vegetation management work around electrical lines. The operator safely uses a bucket truck and directs crew members to remove branches and tree material from electrical lines. The role coordinates daily assignments, equipment, customer communication, and job-site safety so vegetation work is completed to specifications; storm restoration travel may be needed when required.

What you'll do

• Operate a bucket truck to remove branches and tree material from electrical lines
• follow and enforce safe work practices
• direct crew members and manage equipment
• assign tasks and supervise performance
• plan and organize work
• communicate with property owners about access and work
• ensure PPE use
• trim or remove trees and handle brush and debris
• inspect completed work
• maintain time, equipment, and material records
• complete truck inspections and job briefings
• maintain supplies and equipment
• respond to emergencies
• perform storm work as needed.
