The Preschool Lead Teacher role is onsite in Leawood, KS. The hourly pay range is $16.80–$21.84. The Lead Teacher creates a safe, inclusive, developmentally appropriate classroom and leads curriculum and classroom operations. The role supports children’s physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs, including those with Individualized Education Plans, while partnering with families and colleagues.

• implement and document curriculum
• maintain classroom safety and supervision
• document incidents
• follow policies and licensing requirements
