What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
• develop and implement individualized treatment plans with patients and the care team
• provide individual therapy
• facilitate psychoeducational and process groups
• educate patients about substance use disorders, mental health, and recovery
• provide integrated care for co-occurring conditions
• use trauma-informed and strength-based approaches
• coordinate referrals
• collaborate with families and support systems, including family sessions when appropriate
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• work with medical, clinical, and residential staff
• participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
