The Talent Sourcer role is hybrid, with the option to work remotely or from offices in McLean, VA or Irving, TX. Compensation is $120,000–$140,000 per year, and the position may be eligible for an annual bonus. American Real Estate Partners is a real estate fund manager and partner; its wholly owned PowerHouse Data Centers division develops and owns data centers. The sourcer builds and maintains candidate pipelines across organizational functions, with particular focus on data center development and construction. By partnering with talent acquisition specialists and hiring teams, the role helps ensure qualified candidates are identified, assessed, and ready for recruitment processes.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs across levels and functions
• use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify, engage, and assess candidates
• collaborate with talent acquisition specialists and hiring managers on role requirements and sourcing strategies
• screen and qualify candidates
• develop industry knowledge in data center, construction, and real estate
• track candidate activity in the ATS
• engage candidates through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
• contribute to employer branding and candidate experience
• continuously improve sourcing methods.

Why this role
