IT Help Desk Technician

Job overview

The IT Help Desk Technician role is onsite in Binghamton, NY, with compensation of $62,500–$70,000 per year. What you'll do

• Provide first-level technical support by phone, email, and onsite
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals
• document and track requests in the Helpdesk system
• escalate complex issues
• assist with employee onboarding, account setup, and equipment preparation
• and maintain knowledge of company systems, policies, and procedures.
