What you'll do

• Follow recipes and pay close attention to detail when preparing pastries and baked goods
• decorate pastries quickly and carefully
• lift dough, flour, and other supplies weighing 50 pounds or more
• comply with food-handler and sanitation regulations
• remain on foot for extended periods and adapt to changing kitchen needs.
