Residential Moving Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead a roster of 20–30 movers
• run morning Launch readiness checks, uniform audits, and job assignments
• monitor moves and respond to issues
• review job closeouts and identify coaching needs
• document progress, coaching plans, and scorecards
• send daily status updates to the Operations Manager
• respond to dispatch or CSR escalations
• conduct safety audits and reinforce safe practices
• develop onboarding and training materials
• coordinate with Specialty and Logistics Supervisors.
