Human Resources Generalist

What you'll do

• Provide guidance on onboarding, training support, leave administration, employee relations, HR compliance, and recruiting support
• conduct regular field visits, approximately 10–15 hours per week
• administer leave and policies locally
• maintain accurate employment records and documentation
• support investigations
• build relationships with employees and leaders
• travel regionally and to Michigan, approximately 10%.
