The intern supports learning and service activities within the organization, including orientation, case-record familiarization, and exposure to intake and enrollment processes. The role contributes to the organization’s work supporting individuals and families as they build stability and skills.

What you'll do

• Complete required orientation
• develop a university learning contract within university timelines
• communicate with patients and relevant departments
• learn therapy case-record requirements
• learn intake procedures and participate when appropriate, including reception and enrollment responsibilities
• use Microsoft Office
• work independently and maintain reliable transportation.

Why this role

Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate students in health services or social work, at least 21 years old, and hold a valid driver’s license. Substance-abuse facility experience is a plus, not a requirement.
