What you'll do

• Resolve Tier 3 escalations and high-impact incidents end-to-end
• troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows endpoints and servers, backups, security, and networking
• perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• execute migrations, security initiatives, endpoint management improvements, server upgrades, and backup/DR improvements
• document ticket work and maintain runbooks, SOPs, diagrams, and client standards
• communicate with customers and internal teams
• mentor Tier 1/2 technicians
• support client onboarding and recommend process and tooling improvements.
