What you'll do

• Manage swatch logistics, including packing, unpacking, and coordinating shipments to customers and overseas offices
• maintain tracking logs in Excel and internal systems
• organize, label, and audit the swatch room
• pull swatches for design reviews and assist with room resets
• create product pitch presentations using Portfolio software and PowerPoint
• track warehouse samples and assist with sample requests and review coordination
• perform other duties consistent with training and qualifications.
