What you'll do

• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise nursing and ancillary staff
• manage competency programs and nursing coverage, including after-hours and on-call services
• oversee infusion care and patient treatment plans
• coordinate with patients, caregivers, physicians, pharmacies, and other providers
• monitor regulatory compliance and clinical documentation
• support quality improvement
• manage staffing and supply utilization
• collaborate on scheduling and service growth
• travel throughout assigned territories as needed.
