Industrial Maintenance Technician, onsite at 21 Executive Way in Napa, CA. This full-time position offers a salary range of $30.00 - $43.00 per hour. MCC is a global leader in premium label manufacturing, focused on innovation and sustainability. This role is responsible for ensuring all electrical schematics and instrumentation are calibrated and current, troubleshooting during unscheduled equipment downtime, performing repairs, and completing preventive maintenance service on production equipment and facility systems.

What you'll do

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment.
• Performs duties including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines.
• Supports an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
• Responsible for maintaining and performing repairs to the facility.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

One or more years of demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
