What you'll do

• Cook and prepare food according to approved recipes and production standards
• supervise hourly food-service associates
• support interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and reviews
• store food safely
• maintain food handling, presentation, portion, and temperature standards
• maintain sanitation
• respond to customer complaints
• monitor inventory, deliveries, production, consumption, and waste.
