The role contributes to crisis solutions and continuity of care through trust-building, advocacy, referrals, follow-up, and collaboration with the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Provide mobile crisis response in the community when dispatched
• build trust with people hesitant to engage with behavioral health professionals or first responders
• participate in crisis-solution design and evaluation
• provide behavioral interventions and advocacy
• connect clients with community resources and referrals
• conduct follow-up communications
• complete required documentation
• transport clients to Rosecrance buildings or hospitals as needed
• participate in team meetings and applicable CRSS training.

Why this role

A $2,000 sign-on bonus is paid within two years of hire. Second-shift differential is $0.25 per hour; eligible professional certification adds $0.72 per hour. The schedule is Thursday–Monday, 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m.
