What you'll do

• Provide pro se assistance and direct representation to people in ICE custody
• conduct intakes and legal research
• prepare motions, briefs, and supporting evidence
• represent clients in immigration court, before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and with USCIS as needed
• deliver Know Your Rights presentations and workshops
• maintain case records and reports
• and collaborate with social-services, advocacy, and partner teams. Travel is required, and Spanish fluency or advanced proficiency is required.
