What you'll do

• Lead monthly close, financial statements, management reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, cash-flow forecasting, and capital planning. Prepare and file Medicare and Medicaid cost reports
• oversee reimbursement documentation, resident billing, collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and facility accounts. Coordinate audits and lender reporting, supervise and develop business office and accounting staff, maintain procedures, and participate in facility committees as required.
