What you'll do

• Take and serve guest orders promptly according to the service manual
• build and create dishes when necessary according to the Courtyard Culinary Book
• complete assigned mise en place and side work
• answer guest questions about the menu
• operate the electronic cash register or POS system where applicable
• check food appearance, temperature, and portions after serving
• complete required Service Marriott Trainings within 90 days of hire
• help coworkers as needed and follow hotel safety and security policies.
