On-Call Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The On-Call Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Peoria, AZ, with pay of $20 per hour. Family Partners’ Adult Day Program supports adults with developmental disabilities; hours depend on coverage needs and are not guaranteed. The DSP helps program members participate in activities and community outings while building independence, communication, and social skills. The role follows each member’s Person-Centered Support Plan, assists with personal care as needed, and helps maintain a safe and respectful program environment.

What you'll do

• Supervise and engage members in daily activities and community outings
• support independence, communication, and social skills
• follow daily schedules and Person-Centered Support Plans
• assist with personal care and hygiene while respecting dignity and privacy
• complete documentation
• follow policies and safety procedures
• clean and organize program areas
• provide transportation when assigned and qualified.
