What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, portion requirements, and meal schedules
• maintain safe food temperatures
• set up and replenish serving lines
• follow food safety and sanitation requirements
• clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas
• complete production and preparation records
• receive, rotate, and store food supplies
• report shortages and equipment issues
• label and store leftovers
• guide assigned culinary arts and work-based learning students
• complete HACCP records.
