What you'll do

• Establish a Continuous Improvement group with Executive Management
• prioritize and manage projects across operations and technology
• coach leaders in continuous-improvement tools
• analyze and redesign processes
• facilitate Lean/Six Sigma events
• lead cross-functional projects from scoping through handoff
• manage schedules, budgets, ROI, and change
• support integration-related process design tied to active M&A.
