Onsite Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Unpack, set up, and relocate PC workstations
• configure label printers and troubleshoot printer issues
• support RF guns, scanners, and other warehouse IT equipment
• perform basic hardware, cabling, power, and connectivity checks
• follow remote-team troubleshooting guidance
• provide real-time updates
• document completed work, issues, and outstanding actions.
