What you'll do

• Assist with daily operations, opening, and closing

• manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team issues
• respond to customer concerns
• track sales and cash handling
• prepare reports and analyze performance
• support food safety training and operational records
• implement action plans and special projects.
