What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
• supervise LPNs, medication aides, CNAs/STNAs, and other direct-care staff
• assign and direct work based on resident needs and staffing
• adjust staffing and break schedules
• arrange replacements
• complete performance evaluations and provide input on personnel actions
• oversee unit operations when higher-level management is absent.
