Tower Technician I–III

Job overview

The Tower Technician I–III role is onsite in Willowbrook, IL, with pay of $19–$30 per hour. The work supports wireless communications services at telecommunications job sites. The technician helps build and maintain cell tower infrastructure, installs and supports tower equipment, and completes assigned construction work to quality and safety standards. The role also supports troubleshooting, integration, project documentation, and safe coordination with crew members.

What you'll do

• Participate in pre-project meetings and complete paperwork
• assess hazards and follow safety rules
• complete assigned construction scope to quality and schedule requirements
• support integration and troubleshooting
• submit timesheets, daily and expense reports, and materials lists
• participate in punch walks and provide closeout information
• care for company equipment, vehicles, and tools
• report incidents and suggest corrective actions.
