What you'll do

• Develop and execute a business development strategy
• identify and pursue commercial construction opportunities
• build and maintain a qualified pipeline
• develop relationships with owners, developers, brokers, architects, engineers, and property managers
• generate business through networking, referrals, outreach, and events
• qualify projects and coordinate pursuit strategies
• assist with proposals and presentations
• track opportunities and report pipeline forecasts
• collaborate with leadership, estimating, preconstruction, and project management teams.
