What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff
• conduct vehicle and foot patrols of buildings, parking areas, amenity spaces, and the property perimeter
• monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• respond professionally to incidents and resident concerns
• prepare daily activity reports and incident documentation
• communicate with company leadership and property representatives.
