What you'll do

• Maintain, repair, and upkeep electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and building structures
• perform preventive maintenance checks
• respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests
• follow safety and quality standards
• monitor parts, tools, and supplies
• participate in safety audits and toolbox talks as required
• comply with regulations
• maintain maintenance records
• communicate technical issues and work progress.
