What you'll do

• Conduct timely clinical assessments triggered by PHQ-8 and/or C-SSRS results
• evaluate potential suicide risk or other mental health concerns
• provide independent clinical assessments and recommendations
• document assessments in the medical or research record as appropriate
• facilitate or recommend referrals for additional care or emergency evaluation when clinically indicated
• and coordinate scheduling and completion with the clinical research site while maintaining confidentiality.

Why this role
