What you'll do

• Provide chairside assistance to specialty dentists
• prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• assist with patient preparation, positioning, and post-procedure instructions
• follow infection-control and sterilization protocols
• support a positive patient experience
• adapt to different offices, teams, providers, and schedules
• travel between Castle Dental locations throughout the Houston area.

Why this role

Requires Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential, CPR, previous dental assisting experience, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between locations. Periodontics or oral surgery experience is strongly preferred; endodontic or orthodontic experience is a plus.
