Part-Time Concierge

The Part-Time Concierge role is onsite in Cary, NC, with compensation of $15–$16 per hour. The concierge supports residents, families, visitors, and staff at HeartFields at Cary, a TerraBella Senior Living community.

What you'll do

• Answer calls and take and relay messages
• greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, and give directions
• prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts
• update resident and guest records
• manage resident and family appointments
• maintain the reception area
• distribute mail
• and maintain resident forms.
