Restoration Technician Apprentice

The Restoration Technician Apprentice role is onsite in Alexandria, VA, with work at active job sites across the DC Metro area. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. ServiceMaster NCR provides disaster restoration services, including water damage, mold remediation, fire cleaning, and reconstruction. Working under a Technician or Lead, the apprentice learns restoration fundamentals while supporting job-site work and developing skills to progress to a Technician after training.

What you'll do

• Assist technicians with equipment setup, placement, and monitoring
• support demolition, debris removal, and structural drying as directed
• maintain job-site cleanliness, safety, and organization
• follow instructions from the supervising Technician or Lead
• communicate with team members and maintain a professional presence with customers.
