What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and escalate concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, offices, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials as directed
• document incidents, observations, and patrol activity.
