The Therapy Technician / Patient Access Representative role is onsite in Humboldt, IA, Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Compensation is not specified. The full-time position divides the week between Therapy Technician duties and front desk coverage in the Rehabilitation Services / Wellness Hub departments.

What you'll do

• Provide patient registration and front desk support, verify demographic, insurance, and billing information, schedule appointments, manage records, process payments, and answer calls.
• Prepare therapy areas, assist therapists with non-clinical tasks as directed, maintain equipment and supplies, and support a clean, safe environment and positive patient experience.
