What you'll do

  • Develop behavioral plans with the interdisciplinary team
  • connect youth with community and recreational resources
  • advocate for youth at school
  • conduct in-person child and foster-parent contacts
  • participate in family and interdisciplinary conferences
  • supervise visits and assist with transportation as needed
  • conduct foster-home, birth-home, and other field visits
  • assist with adoption home-study data collection
  • maintain records in the Connections state system
  • assist with casework activities.
