Senior Membership Director

The Senior Membership Director role is onsite at the Sylvania YMCA/JCC in Sylvania, OH. Pay is $44,000–$48,000 per year. The director leads the YMCA of Greater Toledo's Membership Department. The role exists to create a welcoming member experience while growing engagement and retention. Through staff leadership, consistent service programs, member support, and community and corporate relationships, the director connects members with YMCA/JCC programs and services.

What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, and supervise Member Service staff
• lead and support the Member Experience Director
• resolve member concerns while protecting confidentiality
• strengthen satisfaction and retention and connect members to programs and services
• ensure tours, Fit 101s, and Getting Started programs are delivered consistently
• uphold membership and wellness policies and financial procedures
• build community relationships and corporate partnerships
• and support the Annual Campaign.
