What you'll do

• Answer telephone inquiries, take complaints, and mail requested schedules and materials
• sell fare media at the Customer Information Booth
• reconcile daily sales and paperwork
• provide accurate route and service information using Trapeze INFO Agent Software, Google Maps, and Transit Master
• enter customer comments in Trapeze COM Software
• de-escalate customer concerns and help with website, fare-platform, and transit-service navigation
• receive and record lost-and-found items
• fulfill and distribute fare-media mail orders
• work schedules that may include evenings, weekends, and overtime.
