The Part-Time Pain Management Advanced Practice Practitioner works onsite in Mansfield, TX. Compensation is $120,000–$130,000 per year. The role supports Direct Orthopedic Care’s non-opioid pain management practice, which focuses on interventional procedures, physical therapy, and lifestyle modification to improve function and quality of life. The practitioner evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and coordinates diagnostic and interventional care. Working with a pain management physician and multidisciplinary colleagues, the role contributes to patient outcomes while building and growing an individual patient panel.

What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
• develop non-opioid treatment plans
• order and interpret imaging, laboratory tests, and referrals
• recommend and coordinate interventional procedures
• perform joint injections, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections, using ultrasound guidance
• document care in the EMR
• collaborate with physicians and physical therapists
• educate patients about treatment, lifestyle changes, and recovery expectations.

Why this role
