What you'll do

• Sell and deliver vehicles
• complete sales orders and paperwork
• manage leads and follow-up through the dealership CRM
• attend sales meetings and training as requested
• stay current on products and STARS training
• maintain an owner follow-up system
• turn closed deals over to the finance and insurance manager with completed paperwork
• explain vehicle features, warranty, and paperwork at delivery
• follow up on post-delivery items and customer requests.
