What you'll do

• Conduct 60–75 candidate phone screenings weekly
• source candidates through allied resources, job boards, cold calling, and social media
• attend career fairs and industry events
• host market-center meet-and-greets
• manage the recruiting pipeline and applicant tracking system
• communicate with candidates and stakeholders
• partner with sales leaders on growth plans.
