What you'll do

• Oversee food preparation and compliance with health, safety, food-handling, and hygiene standards
• support customer satisfaction and resolve complaints courteously
• ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
• estimate food and beverage costs
• manage inventory and purchase food and supplies
• inspect restaurant and equipment
• arrange equipment repairs and maintenance
• collaborate with chefs on menus
• maintain sales records and track cash receipts
• prepare operations reports and requested documentation.
