What you'll do

• Prepare Compensation Committee presentations and reports
• conduct executive compensation benchmarking and market analysis
• model equity dilution, burn rates, and stock-based compensation expenses
• partner on executive compensation offers
• prepare proxy statement disclosure tables
• collaborate on Pay Versus Performance disclosures
• coordinate with Legal and Finance on governance and compliance
• analyze compensation structures
• support program administration and special projects
• maintain confidentiality.
