• Oversee sales and profitability across stores in the assigned area
• analyze sales trends and channel performance
• manage monthly sales, recruiting, retention, and operational targets
• support recruitment and training
• monitor key performance indicators and customer satisfaction
• oversee compliance, inventory, cash-handling practices, and customer service
• coordinate sales training and development
• maintain store appearance and cleanliness
• conduct regular sales staff meetings.
